December Beers: Winter Brews
Lots of great beers on the menu this month, including two selections from our friends in Tampa, Cigar City Brewing. We're serving their Jai Alai IPA and Madura Oatmeal Brown Ale. Both have big flavors and are definitely worth your taste buds' attention.
We're also putting the holiday chill on some of our favorite winter beers for you:
Ol' Red Cease and Desist Scottish Ale, Erie Brewing Company, Pennsylvania - This high potency seasonal Scottish-style ale has a powerful caramel malt flavor, finishing climatically with a smooth warming sensation. Deep dark red color. 10.1% ABV (That's right 10.1. So, be careful with this one).

Harpoon Winter Warmer, Massachusetts - Harpoon's first seasonal beer, this brew is a smooth, medium-bodied ale spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Designed especially for the holiday season 5.9%ABV.
For those of you trying to keep the calories off this month we have Lance's favorite lite beer, Michelob Ultra for you to enjoy. Other new craft beers include Magic Hat #9 and Terrapin's famous Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout (made with Jittery Joe's coffee!).

Wines: Big Reds
This month we're celebrating seasonal colors with this bouquet of beautiful red wines:
A by Acacia Red Blend, California - A Rhone-style blend that is 92% Syrah with some Mourvedre, Cinsault and Viognier. Despite its youth, this California wine is already showing a refined Rhone aroma, and its Syrah-dominated flavors are overlaid with appealing new oak. Great with any full-flavored food.
Navarro Correas Malbec, Argentina - Juicy raspberry, spice, and smoky aromas all combine with ripe flavors of plum and cherry in this deep colored wine. It is full-bodied yet the ripe tannins yield a long, soft, flavorful finish.
Sterling Meritage, Sonoma, California - Rhymes with "heritage". The American way of labeling a Bordeaux style blend. Big flavors of blackberry jam, black cherry and chocolate with a spicy finish. 52% Cabernet, 44% Merlot, 3% Malbec, 1% Petite Verdot. |

Seasonal Soup:
Back by popular, relentless, and almost pleading demand: its B3's beloved Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Bisque soup! A smooth puree of red bell pepper puree simmered with mirepoix vegetables and fire-roasted tomatoes in a rich vegetarian broth highlighted with smoky chipolte and sweet cream. To get a bowl of yours, please form a straight, orderly line. No need to push. There is plenty for everyone! |

So Good to B Gluten Free!!
This month we will be offering gluten-free bread AND (get excited) Redbridge gluten free beer! Redbridge beer doesn't need to make promises to stand out from the crowd; its very essence sets it apart. Redbridge is made without wheat or barley, so the approximately 3.2 million consumers who are unable to drink beer made with barley due to Celiac Disease or because they follow a wheat-free or gluten-free diet can once again enjoy a great tasting beer. Redbridge is a rich, full-bodied lager brewed from sorghum for a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste. Cheers! |
