New Menu Items Added!
Have you been thinking about Molly's Mediterranean Flatbread since its debut in December on our team-inspired night-time menu? Well dream no more! Because of its popularity, you will find it on the menu full time! We take a flatbread and pile it up with diced tomatoes and onions, pepperocinis, Greek Olives, feta and fresh mozzarella cheeses, drizzle it with Greek dressing then bake it until bubbly.
Also added to the Training Wheels Kids' Menu is the Peloton Pizza. Half a flatbread is topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and pepperoni (optional) then baked. Your kids will be eating healthy and they won't even know it!
Just in time for spring training, we are pleased to offer you low carb wheat wraps for any salad or sandwich! Come in and try this healthy alternative. |

Thank you! Without you, we would not be celebrating B3's 1st Bday! It seems like yesterday that we were trying to figure out what colors to paint the walls and wondering if we were ever going to open the doors. It is hard to imagine that we are finally here, the first 12 months for restaurants can be tough. But thanks to your support we are looking forward to another year of serving healthy food in our great community.
This month we have a lot of fun and delicious things planned to celebrate B3's 1st B-day....we will have goodies at the counter, freebies throughout the month, and balloons (of course they are eco-friendly!) for the little ones.

March Wines and Races
This month we feature 2 European races: Paris-Nice and Milan Sanremo. Paris-Nice (A.K.A. "The Race to the Sun") is a stage race in France where 17 teams of 8 riders will be racing for the finish line from Sunday, March 8th to Sunday, March 15th 2009, at the 67th Paris-Nice stage-race. Made up of 1 prologue (time trial) and 7 stages; this event's total distance covers 1,230 kilometers (764 miles).
From France we will be serving a fruity, well balanced white wine, Trimbach, Pinot Blanc. We'll also be serving two of our favorite wines, a bordeaux from the right bank, Chateau Duplessy and a bordeaux from the left bank, Chateau Greysac. Milan Sanremo ("the Spring classic"), is an annual race between Milan and Sanremo, Italy. It is the longest professional one-day race (held this year on Saturday, March 21st) at 294 kilometers and was first organized by the Italian sports newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport in 1907.
In honor of the longest classic race of the year, Milan Sanremo, we will be featuring two great Italian Wines: Ceretto, Moscato D'Asti (a delightful sweet white wine) and Conti Contini Sangiovese (a classic deep red table wine). |
