Expanded Menu!
Starting October 1st, we are launching an expanded menu with more fresh salads, sandwiches, breakfast items and desserts.
If you remember the Hincapie Hammie and California sandwiches, you will be pleased to know because of their popularity they are on the menu full-time!
Come in and checkout the other new items! |
New Seasonal Salad and Sandwich
In addition to our expanded menu, we are changing our seasonal salad and sandwich this month. The salad is made with field greens, fresh red apple chunks, walnuts, feta cheese and raisins. The sandwich is a rendition of the classic grilled cheese and tomato sandwich...with a mouth-watering twist! We're pressing cream cheese, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and sunflower seeds on dark pumpernickel bread until gooey. Mmmmmm!
It is also time for a new soup (don't worry, the black bean is staying put!) - so come on over and try the potato-cheese; we are sure your hunger will be satisfied! |

B-Come a Legend October Winner!
This month we congratulate Ed C. as the winner of our monthly contest. His creation is a tasty hot-pressed sandwich on multi-grain bread with swiss cheese, ham, turkey spicy mustard, red onions and tomatoes then topped off with sprouts after pressing. And what does Ed call this mouth-watering sandwich? The Robocop! An affectionate nickname given to him years ago. And if you know him now, we are sure you will agree he is still a force to reckon with!
Thanks to everyone who submitted an entry - keep them coming! Don't forget, you can email your entries to us to:

Australian and New Zealand Wines for October
Founded in 1952, the Jayco Herald Sun Tour is Australia's (and one of the world's) oldest cycling stage races. Held in October each year, the race is owned and backed by the Herald Sun, Australia's largest daily newspaper.

To celebrate this historic race we will feature three wines from the Southern hemisphere. We'll begin with a very unique wine by Green Point, a Pinot Noir Rose. Along with the Green Point, there will be a wonderful blend of Cabernet and Shiraz by Archetype and a delicious Sauvignon Blanc by Sacred Hill.
Come on in for the Southern Hemisphere wine tour: $10

OktoberFest and Pumpkin
Beer Selection
Oktoberfest is a sixteen-day festival held each year in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. It is one of the most famous events in the city and the world's largest fair, with some six million people attending every year, and is an important part of Bavarian culture. The first Oktoberfest was held in the year 1810 in honor of the Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig's marriage to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. The festivities began on October 12, 1810 and ended on October 17th with a horse race. There won't be any horse races at B3 but we'll have plenty of beer!
This month we feature three great beers that carry on the Oktoberfest beer making traditions. We'll have special Oktoberfest brews from Saranac, Stoudts and Samuel Adams.
Who could forget Pumpkin beer in October? We sure didn't! This month we feature a tasty fall treat: Will Stevens' Organic Pumpkin Ale brewed by Wolavers. These guys use organic pumpkins grown at Golden Russet Farm in Shoreham, VT which is owned by Will and Judy Stevens and located a mere 15 minutes from the brewery. Now that's local! This a great pumpkin ale with hints of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg with a slight gingery bite.
So come on in and celebrate Oktobefest and Halloween! |
Movie Night at B3!
Featuring: "Breaking Away"
Thursday, October 9th at 7:30PM
We had so much fun with our first movie night last month we decided to do it again. This time we feature the 1979 Academy Award winner for best screen play, Breaking Away!
The story: After graduating from high school, Dave Stohler (played by Dennis Christopher) dreams of becoming a champion bicyclist. Posing as an exchange student to mask his working-class roots, he frustrates his parents (Paul Dooley and Barbara Barrie) and charms a local college girl (Robyn Douglass).
Peter Yates's Oscar-winning coming-of-age drama culminates when Dave gets a chance to leave his past behind and race against the Italian riders he worships.
Of course the movie is fee and so is the popcorn! | |

We hope to see you for a wonderful night of music and fun. |
Celebrate Halloween with us and Charlie Brown!
Friday, October 31st
BOOOOOO! Don't be scared, come and celebrate Halloween at B3! We'll be giving out treats to the little ones all day long and we'll give 10% off to anyone wearing a costume (excluding beer and wine).
We'll also be showing It's the Great Pumpkin featuring Charlie Brown at 7:00PM! |

New Fall Flavors:
Smoothies and Chai
We are proud, ok, more like ecstatic!, to offer pumpkin lattes, chocolate mint lattes and a fabulous fall spin on our decadent chai.... gingerbread chai! We're also introducing 2 new smoothie flavors. Because, after all, it never gets too cold in Florida to stop serving smoothies! In addition to the popular Blueberry-Pomegranate, we will be offering Acai (the wonder-fruit from the Amazon Rainforest, pronounced Ah-sci-ee) and Cranberry-Raspberry. You can still add a scoop of soy or whey protein to any smoothie to boost your daily nutrition. |
B3 is getting even Greener!
If you have gotten take-out from B3 lately, you probably have noticed the eco-friendly, recycled containers we have switched to....and equally as exciting, the corn cups! (It makes Jen smile serving drinks in these cups since they biodegrade in about 60 days!) These are just a couple of the ways we are committed to reducing our impact on the planet and increasing awareness about how each of us can be a positive influence.
