B-Come a Legend Contest Winner!
This month we congratulate Lynn and Curtis L. for creating a sandwich that will change the world as we know it! They came up with the "Hincapie Hammie" This sandwich is named after the legendary American cyclist, George Hincapie. To quote Lynn, "He's really fast and easy on the eyes". Now for the good stuff, the ingredients: lots of sliced ham, Swiss cheese, raspberry preserves and Romaine lettuce nestled between fresh honey wheat bread. Come in during the month of June to try this delicious summer treat!

The heat is on! So come on over to the cafe to cool off, quench your thirst and fill your appetite with our healthy selections. We've had repeated requests for the return of the black bean soup - so it, plus a broccoli cheese soup (another big request) will debut in June!

June's beer and wine lists
We are excited to kick off a great month of beer and wine!
The Triple Crown of Cycling is recognized as America's most prestigious series of professional road races. It brings the pageantry of a world-class peloton to three Pennsylvania cities in a unique downtown format that exists nowhere else in North and South America. The 2008 edition of the Commerce Bank Triple Crown of Cycling will kick off in Allentown on June 3rd, tear through Reading on June 5th and culminate in its grand finale in Philadelphia on June 8th. Join us for great micro-brews from Pennsylvania including Penn Brewing and Stoudts Brewery; from Austin, TX, Shiner Bock and from Germany, Paulaner Hefeweizen.
There are several smaller stage races across Europe during the month of June so we are highlighting great wines from these regions. The riders are fine tuning their form for an epic showdown at the Tour de France in July. Since no major race dominates the calendar this month, we decided to showcase a few wines from countries hosting some of the smaller races such as the Dauphine Libere in France, the Circuito Montanes in Spain and the Giro del Trentino Alto Adige in Italy. Come on in and taste Chateau Paradis Casseuil Blanc, Bordeaux, France; Chateau Duplessy, Medoc France; Marques De Grinon, Caliza '04, Spain; and Capezzana "Barco Reale", Tuscany, Italy.
You asked (ok, some of you begged!) that we offer the sangria another month - so we are! In fact, we will offer it all summer. If you have not tried it yet, we have delicious red and white sangrias that will quench your thirst and make your mouth water all at the same time. Glasses are offered for $5.50 with fresh fruit. | |

B3 is the place to B on Friday, May 30, 2008! At 8:00 pm, prepare to be wowed by the acoustic trio Dennis, Jeff and Bari. Their set covers the musical spectrum: gospel, country, folk, funk and pop with an emphasis on harmony and a unique blend of instruments including: guitar, bass guitar, slide guitar, banjo, mandolin, accordion, bongos, cajon (a wooden box drum), African drum and a variety of other percussion instruments. You don't want to miss them so get here early for a great seat. |

End of the School Year Happy Hour!(and every Wednesday after that)
Join us as we celebrate the end of the school year! Whether you are a teacher or staff that work at a school, a parent of a child in school or a student 21 years old or older come on in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, June 4th and take $1 off bottles of beer and glasses of wine!
We like the Happy Hour idea so much that we decided to have one every week! Come in every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for $1 off beer and wine.

What would the summer be without cartoon Saturdays?! On the first Saturday of June, July and August, starting at 9:30 AM, come to B3 for a retro cartoon throw-back! This is not just for kids!
