You must come in between May 3, 2008 and May 31, 2008 to try this mouth-watering flat bread, affectionately called the "Flyboy Flat bread" in Nate's honor!
It is made up of fresh mozzarella cheese sprinkled with blue cheese, shredded ham and bacon crumbles.

Whether you are going to Leu Gardens on the first Friday of the month or watching Popcorn Flicks in Central Park, let B3 pack your basket for you! All you need to worry about is grabbing your blanket and deciding what you would like from our menu. Place your order no later than 48 hours before the event and we'll take care of the rest. | Greetings!
A lot has happened during our first month of business! One of the highlights was being designated by the City of Orlando as an Orlando Green Business. To get this, our Team had to go through training on Best Management Practices, we had an on-site inspection by City staff and took a test. This is part of our on-going commitment to protect the environment and increase awareness on how to positively impact the surrounding community.
The month of May brings the first of the Grand Tours...the Giro d' Italia! We will be featuring 4 great Italian wines (2 reds and 2 whites) and of course, Peroni, Italy's most famous beer. In addition to these drinks, we will be serving a vegetarian Tomato Florentine soup!
This month we are also celebrating Cinco de Mayo with white and red Sangrias - a perfect refresher as the temperature rises! We are also excited to announce that we will be serving a new Baja Chicken Enchilada soup.
While on the subject of our tasty fares, have you tried our first seasonal sandwich and salad yet? If not, come on in for our juicy and refreshing strawberry salad or the marinated portabello mushroom panini. They are only here for a limited time!

YMCA Scholarship Fundraiser Happy Hour
It is finally here! Our first partner event! Please join us for a very worthy cause this Thursday night, May 1, 2008 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. For only $5 at the door ($10 for non-YMCA members), you will receive a glass of wine and light appetizers, while mingling with cool people....all for the great cause of helping send kids to YMCA summer camp! |
Meet Our New Local Artist!
Please join us in welcoming our new Local Artist, Brian Kulbaba. Brian has a great sense of creativity and expression which comes through in his "experimental" artwork. We think Brian's work compliments the flow and ambiance of the cafe very nicely. We can't wait for you to see it!
We will be hosting an Open House this Friday, May 2, 2008 starting at 7:00 PM. Not only will you have the opportunity to meet Brian in person, but you can indulge in HAPPY HOUR ($1 off beer, wine and Lite Bites) with your friends. And to top all these festivities off, we are excited to announce that Adam Graney will be our guest DJ! Adam will be spinning lounge tunes to make this Happy Hour a not-to-miss event. Dennis, Jeff and Bari
Get ready for a fun evening on Friday, May 30, 2008! Starting at 8:30 PM, we will be wowed by the acoustic trio, Dennis, Jeff and Bari, who will be playing a great variety of music including gospel, country, folk, funk and pop. Their arrangements involve lots of harmony and a unique blend of instruments including: guitar, bass guitar, slide guitar, banjo, mandolin, accordian, bongos, cajon (a wooden box drum), African drum and a variety of other percussive instruments.
