On August 1st, 2007, Accelteon released a report which discusses what youth buyers of cell phones are looking for.

- The features of the plan are more important than price
- There is no dominant sequence of steps used to collect information prior to making the purchase
- The majority of youth prefer to make the final purchase at brick-and-mortar company stores
