Anna YUSCHUK Passages |

"I am interested in the idea of an empty space as a metaphor for consciousness. In a nearly empty room our senses become heightened and we are more likely to be aware of ourselves, our environment and the present moment." - Yuschuk (2007)
Drenched in light and colour, the latest paintings by Anna Yuschuk bridge the gap between her representational and abstract works. Yuschuk is the recipient of the 2006 Mississauga Arts Council established artist award and will be having a public exhibition of her works in the Spring of 2008 at the Art Gallery of Peel.
