On November 15, 2008 over 200 gals and a few good men all took time out of their busy lives to come together to eat, drink and be merry while exploring strategies to reduce stress, celebrating all that we do, and how we get it all done.
Heart Niagara would like to take this opportuinty to thank everyone who was involved in this event . . . we hope that you had as much fun as we did!

Minutes Count . . .

What could be more useful than learning how to save a life? As you are aware, the incidence of heart disease continues to rise with much emphasis being placed on risk factors and unhealthy choices. To further support adolescent education in the potential risk of heart disease, Heart Niagara has developed an Elementary CPR Program.
The CPR training involves a half day of instruction in the classroom/gym. Normal cost for CPR training is $40.00/student, however, students receive this valuable training from Heart Niagara for only $5.00. Your participation at this Real Gals event will help pay for this program.
