The event will focus on juggling life, reducing stress, increasing activity, and finding balance while showcasing women in Niagara who are making "it" work, as well as giving you lunch and a laugh.

 The proceeds from this event will support strategies and programs to help reduce obesity in Niagara's adolescents. The Healthy Heart Schools' Program is delivered by Heart Niagara to over 4,500 grade 9
students in the Niagara region each year.

There will be over 100 silent auction items including: wine tours and tastings, golf packages, floral arrangements, salon gift certificates, 3 night hotel packages, original art by Bev Hogue, and gift certificates to the Pen Centre and Niagara Square.
