Catalyze Community Update January 15, 2008
Greetings!

Welcome to the bi-weekly email update from the Catalyze Community.

The Catalyze home page re-design rolled out last week.  We still have some minor tweaks, but our goal was to make the home page more visual and make more efficient use of the page.  There is also a new page with quick tips for getting started with Catalyze - check it out.  More changes and upgrades to the platform will be planned for later in the first quarter of 2008 - stay tuned for additional updates.

We are also encouraging all members to share their favorite links, articles and content.
If you have an article or link that you would like to share with the community, please upload it to Catalyze to the Members Upload folder.

And please keep recommending Catalyze to your friends and colleagues.

Check Out This Great Content
Here is a sampling of recently added content in our Resources, Blogs and Discussion Forum areas.  And don't forget to check out the Catalyze Blog Feed Room for convenient access to more than 25 syndicated blogs - including a couple of new blogs added in the last week.  Remember, you need to be logged in to view Resources or comment on blogs or discussions.

Catalyze LinkedIn and Facebook Groups
Expand your Network with LinkedIn and Facebook

LinkedIn
To expand the Catalyze brand and to facilitate networking, we have created a special Catalyze LinkedIn group.
Simply click this link to confirm your membership in the LinkedIn Catalyze group (note, you need to use the same email address used to join Catalyze or you will be added to the pending approval list which generally clears in less than 24 hours).  More than 25% of all Catalyze members have already joined the LinkedIn group.

Facebook
In addition to LinkedIn and to provide access in a different channel, we have set up a Catalyze Facebook group.
The Catalyze Facebook Group is an open group - anyone can join and invite others to join, and anyone can see the group information, the discussion board, the wall, videos, photos, and posted items.  About 10% of Catalyze members have joined the Facebook group.

Join both groups to double your networking potential and ways to interact with Catalyze.
Please contact me if you have any questions or comments about the community - this is your community and we want to make it the best we can.

Sincerely,

Tom Humbarger, Community Manager
