Greetings!
I hope you are enjoying your Spring as much as I am. Oh how I missed Texas! The bluebonnets are in full bloom. Abigail and I had so much fun driving here. She was a very good little traveler and an excellent playground spotter. It is nice to be home and visiting family. I can tell you there are things I am missing in Canada. I have been gone from the USA for 5 years now and I can see a diminished in food quality, organics and local farming. How blessed we are to have the large organic community we have even if some of it is coming from BC. Our organics are not as commercial as what I am seeing down here. I use to love the Whole Foods store and I was so disappointed when I visited in Denver and in Texas. I see the natural grocery stores compromising and it makes me sad.

WATER Workshop Monday, May 14, 2012 @ 6:30 PM WOW! I can't believe how well the water filters are taking off and people are really noticing a difference. We are working on getting these sold in the states, so stay tune for those who are in the USA. Did you know that certain chemicals on your foods react to the chlorine in your tap water? Many people think that having a shower filter is all they need from protecting them self from the dangers of chlorine. Most people absorb more chlorine from daily washing their hands and cooking in the kitchen than the time they spend in the shower.
Learn how this amazing water filter can protect you from chlorine and other contaminants and filter your whole house plus your garden! We will be doing product demonstrations with questions and answers. Please call the store to register.

Essential Oils are Concentrated Food
Class - Thursday, May 24, 2012 @ 6:30 PM
One of the number one reasons why I love essential oils so much is the fact that most oils are derived from the least hybridized of plants. Oils are highly concentrated and can be effective in physical and emotional healing when used long term. I suffered decades ago of sexual abuse trauma as a child and felt true emotional release by applying Sage oil on my pelvic chakra diligently for months. I no longer require it and am truly amazed in the effectiveness of these oils for healing emotional traumas. I am currently using grapefruit oil and dill oil for curbing my sweet tooth and eating issues. I have a friend who is using nutmeg for adrenal issues and after a few months is seeing powerful results.
I love the ease and use of oils versus supplements, plus the smells uplift me and invigorate me. One of my favorites is a raindrop therapy session. I encourage you to consider a raindrop therapy. You will be amazed of the quick detoxing effect these oils can do on your body and healing all at the same time. Be sure to ask Sheila for recommendations on who to see.
If you want to know more about these incredible oils and how they can enhance emotional release, join us Thursday May 24 for an in depth course on essential oils and a path to physical and emotional healing instructed by Sheila Sherman. Class size is limited due to the information and one on one training. Please call to register.
Cost is $27, includes an Energy Meridian Scan and sample oil blend. Class held at Journey of Health.
Bring a friend. We will be giving away oils and other goodies too! Please call and register soon as this class will fill up fast. Class size is limited to 10 people.
