Our potluck is now starting at 5 pm the 3rd Sunday of every month. Please join us and bring the kids. This raw food potluck is to get more people involved in raw food preparation and the raw food lifestyle. Learn about raw foods, taste delicious recipes and meet other people who are interested in raw and living foods. We make amazingly delicious food.

Please be prepared to talk about your dish, the preparation and the ingredients. Please bring your own plate, fork, spoon, bowl, napkin, etc.

I hope you are all doing well and in good health. I'm excited to say I will be back in the kitchen teaching for January, February and March and have lots of new classes and recipes to share. One of the things I have been focused on is creating healthy gluten and grain and nut free breads for those who are not 100% raw foodies. I have a class this weekend on gluten free breads and breakfast ideas. See below for class details.
We have lots of new things happening here and one is our Meridian Scan. This device measures your major energy meridians, such as the heart, lung and kidney with 24 measurements. Then, it computes an overall total energy wellness number with printed reports and recommendations. I was impressed with the accurate readings and recommendations. Chai Tea Latte
For all those raw foodies who want something hot and creamy!
1-2 bags of Bija Roobios Chai
1-2 tablespoons Almond Butter
1 tablespoon of Honey or 1/4 tsp Stevia
Brew tea and let steep. I like it really strong, so I use 2 bags. Add the steeped tea to a high power blender and add sweetner and almond butter. Blend until hot and creamy. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Delicious!

Do you love breads and can't have them? Are you gluten intolerant and have issues with even the gluten free bread products?
We will discuss the issues of gluten intolerance and how to heal our immune system and how to incoporate healthy breads into our diet that don't spike our blood sugar or affect our adrenals.
We will learn how to make foccacia bread, muffins, cupcakes, buns, crackers, cookies and other fun yummy treats along with breakfast foods with no grains, no chickpea flours, no spelt, no wheat, no barley, no rye, no rice, no potato flour, no binders and no fillers and no sugars! All foods are made with high quality real products and key strategy combining to make a delicious bread.
This is not a vegetarian course. Eggs will be used.

I currently have apple cider vinegar, jalepenos, banana peppers, cabbage, beets, carrots, cucmbers and mustards fermeted.
