Greetings!
Spring is in the air and summer will be here before you know it. Remember if you are flying for Spring Break or for the summer take lots of Vitamin C before, after and during your trip. Emergen-C packets are great and we have lots of flavors. And for all those who have anxiety over flying, taking Melatonin is great especially for jet lag.
We need more raw foods in our diet and what better way to get inspired by coming to a JOH Raw Food Potluck. We have wonderful people attend that make delicious raw food dishes, plus I make a few goodies too! Call me for more info.
Here is a new photo of Abby with Daddy. She is growing so fast. I can't believe how much she looks like Cody!

FLORA FLAX OIL Buy One, Get One FREE!

Oil pressed from flax is incredibly rich in both omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids if it is freshly pressed and unrefined. These two essential fatty acids are important for immune system development, digestive support, healthy brain function, soft and smooth skin, circulatory health, and anti-aging benefits. The evolution of Flora's highly sophisticated oil pressing plant allows the production of fresh, cold-pressed flax oil, which is unrefined, non-deodorized and pressed from certified organically grown flax.
