A message from Cody There's a lot of talk about vitamin D in the media lately and I would like to clarify a few issues about this topic. First of all if you are taking vitamin D make sure it is vitamin D3 ( not the kind found in milk). The vitamin found in milk is not the best source of vitamin D. Secondly, the best source of vitamin D is the sun. Thirty minutes a day will give you far more than a pill and it's self regulating. So with that being said, go outside and take a walk and enjoy the summer sun and some fresh air too.
