Assessing and Enlarging Your Capacity to Receive from God

Our God has seen our future from the very beginning and has declared that it is filled with good and not evil. We therefore, must be fully convinced in our hearts that God will never speak a negative word against one of His very own children. If God has declared healing is ours through the work of Jesus Christ, then the opposite result is not from Him. If God's Word tells us that we are to be the lender and not the borrower, then if the opposite is what we are experiencing it is no fault of the Lord.
Our Father in heaven is a positive God and therefore, all negative results in our lives either come from ignoring, neglecting, disobeying or simply being ignorant of His ways. I cannot fully grasp in my heart how someone cannot hold on to what God has spoken over them from His Word; but would rather substitute it for some form of logical reasoning that is filled with negativity. When faced with resistance to what God has declared over me in His Word, I would rather stand firm and unmovable in His promises spoken over me instead of conceding to the negative suggestions of my enemy. God is faithful to do what He has promised He would do, and I will therefore, stand firmly in my victory stance no matter what. Come look with me at a passage of Scripture that I am sure will jazz your world in all the right ways. Isaiah 54:2-3 (AMP) 2 Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes, 3 For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
I want you to take notice of what we just read in that passage of Scripture above and grasp its significance concerning you. It must be believed and acted on; otherwise the opposite will easily take advantage of our rightful position. Our text in Isaiah is very clear that we are to enlarge our capacity to receive. We know from reading and studying God's Word that He has pronounced blessings over our lives. In addition, if God has spoken it then we are to begin preparation for its delivery date.
I hope you will not forfeit the reading of this wonderful revelation on preparation, enlarging and assessing your future for success. This is a God Word!

Jesus Lover of My Soul

There is song titled Jesus lover of my soul that we have sang for many years now; and though it is an old song the words are fresh every time I sing them. That song never gets old. A few of the words are, "You've taken me from the miry clay and set my feet upon the rock; and now I know; I love you; I need you; and though my world may fall apart; I will never let you go. I know that in Jesus Christ my feet are planted on a solid rock. He is a foundation that I can stand firmly on regardless how my world may look at the moment. My future is secure in the fact that I know that God is for me. God's love, His joy, peace and wisdom are a constant reminder that I serve a loving Father. I have no doubt that he speaks to me and leads me through each day. I love to worship God and it is an honor to be able to use the gifts that he has given me to sing praises to him. Worship releases my heart to be able to express my love for Him. When I sing I find myself getting lost in the presence of God. The words to this song lift my heart and bring me to a place of faith in knowing he is with me. This old world can be shaking all around me but my heart is at peace knowing that God will never let me go. I encourage you today whether you are a singer or not to know that there is a worshiper in all of us. Find a place where you can lift your voice to him. Psalm 100:1-5 1 Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth!2 Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.3 Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.5 For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. This psalm reminds us to remember God's goodness and dependability, which inspires us to worship Him with thanksgiving and praise!
