Welcome to the latest update from Cube Precision Engineering.

We are mailing you today because we have immediate capacity in our CNC machining department, due to a last minute design change on a new project!

The delay is set to last 3 weeks and means that we are in a position to quote and begin machining from Tuesday 5th May, with some capacity on our smaller CNC machines now.

I will take this opportunity to distribute our latest capacity list detailed at the bottom of this mail and let you know that we also  have two golfs days arranged, one at the end of May and one in September, (please see the details below) if you are interested please do not hesitate to contact me.

CNC Machining correa in position
We specialise in bespoke CNC machining up to 5m x 3m. Our 10 CNC machines are programmed using Delcam's PowerMill software and sent directly to the machine via our Local Area Network.
We have automated tool changers on 5 of our machines which means we are ideally suited to low volume batch work, as well as bespoke work. In conjunction with our overhead lifting capacity of 35T, our Zayer milling machine has no limit on bed weight so we are able to provide a solution to even the heaviest projects! Four of our large CNC machines have 3 + 2 capability and our Correa FP 40 has an auto indexing head so we can machine in 5 axis too. All of the large machines can be fitted with our high speed head which was designed and made by ourselves in-house.

Press tooling, jigs and fixtures. bigger tool
We supply press tooling jigs and fixtures to a variety of industries. Recently completing projects for:

Rolls Royce BR725 programme,
Westland Helicopters Future Lynx,
The All new Honda Jazz,
As well as several projects for Bentley and Aston Martin.

We deal in RTM tools, progression tooling as well as transfer and single operation tools and all associated forming, welding and CMM fixtures.

Golf Days

We will be running 2 days this year, one in late May and one in September. The format will be Stableford and will be played over 18 holes.
