Toolmaking
Refurbishment and repair of existing tooling
Worn Tool Although many manufacturing companies are seeing a decline in demand for pressed products, we are seeing more and more customers taking this opportunity in slow down in production to refurbish their existing tooling. By refurbishing tooling before it breaks, planned production schedules are not interrupted when breakdowns happen. We have successfully completed modification and refurbish work to fit in with our customers production runs and would welcome the chance to do it for you too. Please contact us on n.clifton@cubeprecision.com or call on 0121 559 3096 to talk about how we can work with you to prevent unnecessary wear and damage to your tools.

New Tooling
From Small to Large
Big Tool We also provide a full service of design and manufacture of new tooling. We have recently completed packages of work for the aerospace and automotive industries ranging from low volume aerospace pressing made from inconel to high volume fender and body side tooling for new automotive projects.
We have experience in customers designing tooling and supplying their own material and also of a full design and manufacture facility in-house.
If you would like to talk to us about our new tool design and manufacture services or about our large capacity machining department and even our CMM facilities, please do not hesitate to contact us on n.clifton@cubeprecision.com or 0121 559 3096.
