With 10 machining centers ranging up to 5m in length, Cube Precision Engineering are able to offer large milling capacity up to 35T.

Using Correa, Hurco and Zayer machines we offer high speed machining on our large 3 axis machines and also on our Correa FP40 which has an auto indexing head capable of drilling and machining 5 axis surfaces.
We have the ability to fabricate items up to 35T using MIG and TIG welding. We have experience in batch and one off items, typically creating jigs for more efficient welding practice.

 

 Supplying directly to Aerospace and specialist automotive OEM's, Cube  Precision Engineering has experience in press tooling, assembly jigs and checking, final inspection and hammering fixtures. From initial design through manufacture to final first off article inspection, Cube Precision have the experience and infrastructure to deliver projects on time.

The mobile unit allows us to inspect and reverse engineer items either onsite at a customers location or at our dedicated quality facility at Cube Precision Engineering.

 

With presses ranging from 100T to 1000T Cube Precision Engineering specialize in one off and low volume presswork capacity. Lifting capacity of 35T and bed sizes up to 4.5 meters enables us to take on relief work as well as on going contract jobs. We also have the space and facilities to implement and undertake any specialist production work that you are looking to outsource.
