The underdog has been fighting valiantly throughout the annals of history. David v. Goliath, Rocky v. Appolllo Creed, Rocky & Bullwinkle v. Boris and Natash and now...  BakeSpace v Twitter.

Our grassroots startup has been nominated for a 2010 Webby Award in the super-competitive Social Networking category. The Webby is like the Oscar, and it's a big deal for a grassroots site like BakeSpace.

In our fight for the Webby we're going head-to-head with some of the Web's largest sites (including Twitter and Digg.com) to win both the "Judges Award" and the "People Voice Award," which is voted on by the public.
