ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION
SInce 1966 - Bringing together and educating the professionals who touch the lives of courtinvolved children for more than 40 years. The Virginia Juvenile Justice Association is an organization comprised of more than 1000 professionals representing court services, detention, juvenile correctional facilities, group homes, the judiciary, indigent defense, law enforcement, social services, education, and other professionals working with or on behalf of court-involved children. The organization is administered by an elected board of directors, organized into six district chapters, and committed to advancing the professional interests and competencies of its members.
