All applications must be received no later than close of business on Friday, October 16, 2009.  You will be notified prior to the conference if your application has been received and is being considered.  
 
CRITERION
Prior to applying, I must have been a member in good stading for at least 2 (consecutive) years; (2) I must be a member in good standing at the time of application; and (3) must be a member in good standing at the time of the award. (It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that dues are paid and membership is in good standing.) 

PRESENTATION
Scholarships will be presented during the annual business meeting and breakfast scheduled for November 5.
