townhouse sold within one week of its listing AND at a higher price
than the listing price, making it the highest selling home in that
neighborhood to date.

house below looked very dark and had very strong colors throughout. We changed it to warm taupes so that buyers wouldn't think they would
have too much to do and pass up this great house. New appliances
replaced old in the kitchen and new carpet was installed on the first
and second floors.

purchasers -- three offers were made on this house within 10 days of
completing the "home rehab"! It is currently "Under Contract".
