logo board Greetings!
It's the end of February and that usually means we're preparing my booth and settling in for nine days of display at the Home Builders Show in Harrisburg.  But this year is different --- I won't be there!  After much thought, the decision was made to forgo that event, which will allow marketing in other venues to take place.  So for this year, you won't find this familiar logo board and popular booth among the rows of displays.  But don't dismay....... I have hundreds of samples in my portfolio and a multitude of innovative and creative ideas that may be exactly what your home or office needs to set it apart from the ordinary and reflect your personality.  Contact me for your personal, in-home/office consultation.  It would be my pleasure to meet with you.  Personal attention, from design concept through installation, is a hallmark of The Artistic Advantage.

The Featured Finish
    "Stonewashed Desert"Stonewashed Desert wall
bar
Broken PromisesThe walls in this gentleman's basement were designed to portray a masculine pub fit for evenings of brew and brawn and tales of fishing. "Stonewashed Desert" is a seven layer troweled plaster finish.  To add finishing touches to the room, the wood trim and doors were tea-stained to color-coordinate with the plaster.
The Most Applauded Builder Show Finish
     "Breakaway Brick"

Broken PromisesWhether your decor is contemporary, tuscan, country or French, 'bricks' fit the mold.  Add a 'painted-on-poster' and some 'old breaking plaster' to the bricks and the look is riveting.

This finish, at my previous builder show exhibits, has been the one that has caught the most attendees' attention. A focal wall of bricks in an open floor plan works in a contemporary setting.  A charming kitchen can be Broken Promisesenhanced with a brick backsplash combined with wall of "breakaway brick".  Or, a strategically placed border of bricks surrounding a fireplace or window seat.

We will design and layout the grid pattern bricksand apply a specialty plaster or two to form the bricks, then glaze them to the color of your choice.
