"Wellness: What it Takes to Have It and Keep It"
****************************************

September 17th, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This webinar will focus on using WRAP to explore how amazing our lives are.  Sometimes we are caught up in the doings of our lives and we miss the moment to be present to our wellness.  Join Copeland Center Certified Master WRAP® Facilitator, BJ North as she draws upon her extensive life experience of how WRAP promotes wellness.  When the key concepts of mental health recovery and WRAP: Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education, Self-Adocacy, and Support, thrive in our lives, wellness also thrives.

This webinar will help you understand how you can put in place in your life actions that will keep you on the wellness track.  BJ will talk about what wellness is, acknowledge when we have it, and discuss how to keep it.

Moveable/Re-Moveable Art Project
*******************************

This Saturday, September 8th from Noon - 7:00 p.m.

City Space 100 5th Street Northeast, in Charlottesville 22902

Facilitated by two local artists, Flora Lark Baily, Nina Frances Burke with Jona Noelle Baily, Youth Create Wholeness' inter-generational, mental wellness community art event entitled "Moveable/RE-Movable Art Project" is comprised of a one day collaborative sign-making project that encourages creative expression and positive self-image. The magnetized signs made during the event (such as "Be Who You Are," "You are NOT alone," and "You Are LOVE") will be collected for another event which will ultimately serve the community as a way to communicate words of encouragement for all who sees them. Funded by SAMHSA's (The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) Social Inclusion Grant, VOCAL's Youth Create Wholeness strives to challenge the current stigma around mental illness.

It is a Drug Free, Alcohol Free, Free to Express yourself Safe Space for Connection and Community.
