A SASH Client Story In June, a family was referred to SASH from a local senior provider. The family was struggling because their elderly parents were having health issues and could no longer live in their home. With all of the care their elderly parents needed, the family did not want to deal with the stress, work, and waiting of fixing up the home and putting it on the market. SASH stayed in touch with the family for three months as they worked to arrange their parents' care. When they were ready to sell, SASH purchased the home as-is in a private sale.
