SASH CLIENT STORY

In July, SASH received a phone call from a senior
provider who was concerned about her clients, an
elderly couple. They had experienced some health
setbacks in the past few weeks, including a fall and a
stroke, and it was critical that they move into a care
community as soon as possible.
The
challenge was that their home needed to be sold, and
the family had neither the time nor the resources to
empty out the home, fix it up and sell it. They also
could not afford to pay for both the home and the care
community at the same time.
The SASH
Team carefully crafted an offer to purchase the
senior's home in a way that would allow the family's
needs to be met. The family accepted the offer, and
was grateful for a quick sale of the home, in as-is
condition, with additional services provided by SASH
and included in the sale.
The elderly couple's
daughter said during SASH's home visit: "We feel so
comfortable working with you - you're great people."
This is the kind of service SASH promises to
all of our clients - top quality care, respect, and
integrity. Call today to see how we can help your
senior homeowner client! 1-888-400-SASH (7274)
