SASH CLIENT STORY

Recently a family called SASH because they were
concerned about their grandparents. Their Grandma
had taken a few falls in the home, and was
overwhelmed with caring for Grandpa, whose
dementia was getting worse. They were both
reluctant to leave their home but knew it was the best
choice for safety.
SASH worked with the
senior homeowners and the family members for over
five months, allowing their Grandma to proceed at her
pace and not feel rushed. SASH paid for their move to
an assisted living community, including many hours of
packing and sorting.
When the family faced
challenges along the way, SASH was flexible and
accommodating, including changing the closing date,
allowing for household items to be shipped out of the
area, and waiting to take keys to the home until after a
much-anticipated yard sale.
SASH's service
also included a gorgeous "Welcome To Your New
Home" bouquet delivered to Grandma's room at the
assisted living community, a follow-up visit, and final
signing of
the home sale papers right in her new home.
In every situation, it is our goal to design
SASH's purchase of the senior's home to meet the
homeowners' specific needs and plans. Our client
care is the most important part of what we do.
Call and find out how we can help your
senior client have a private, easy, and custom-
designed home sale! 1-888-400-SASH (7274)
