SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR SASH

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

How far will SASH buy houses? Can you go to other
states?

THE SASH TEAM'S ANSWER:

The best service that we can provide is local. Here we
have our familiar resources and senior services
network. However, we will consider any home
purchase depending on the circumstances of the sale
and the senior homeowner's unique situation.
SASH has plans to expand our service to other
states in the near future, and our vision is to provide
our stress-free home sales for seniors in every corner
of the country!

SASH provides seniors with a
private, custom-designed, and stress-free sale of their
home.

| Did You Know? |
Nearly a third of Americans reaching the retirement
age have no savings. This does not bode well for
long-term care costs with today's life expectancy.
Consider the difference that planning makes in
provision for old age:
In the lowest fifth
income
bracket of the population age 65 and over, an average
of 83% of their annual income is from Social Security,
8% is from public assistance, 4% from pensions, 2%
from asset income, 1% from earnings, and 2% from
other sources.
Compare that with the highest
fifth
income bracket's percentage breakdown: Only 19%
from Social Security, 18% from asset income, 21%
from pensions, 40% from earnings, 0.1% from public
assistance, and 2% from other. With the tenuous
future of Social Security, it is wise to plan for various
other sources of income during retirement
years.
