SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR SASH

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

What if a senior homeowner needs time to decide if
they want to sell to SASH? Does SASH give a fast
deadline on their offer to buy a senior's home?

THE SASH TEAM'S ANSWER:

No. SASH is a low-pressure, gentle service that does
not use sales tactics and deadlines. Our service
operates on the senior's schedule and pace, and we
are not in a hurry. Sometimes a senior takes several
weeks to decide what to do, or even months. During
this time, we remain a helpful resource to the senior
and the family, and we only start the home sale
process when they are ready.
SASH also
allows a senior to change his or her mind during a 7-
day rescission period after the signing of the initial
paperwork. This timeline is unheard of in the regular
real estate market, and it's our way of making sure
they feel comfortable and safe in their decision.
Read our Testimonials Page to hear our
clients' feedback about our service!

SASH provides seniors with a
private, custom-designed, and stress-free sale of their
home.
