SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR SASH

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

Does the senior homeowner have to clean out their
home for SASH to purchase it?

THE SASH TEAM'S ANSWER:

Not at all! Part of what makes our service stress-free
is that our senior clients don't have to clean their
home when they sell to us. We'll provide packing help
for them to
take the items they would like to have in their next
residence. Family members are also welcome to
come and take items that have special meaning.
Sometimes our clients can monetize their more
valuable household items by selling them during the
home sale process.
When the senior
homeowner and family are finished removing what
they'd like, anything else can be left behind. SASH
clients have left their entire household full of furniture,
clothing, even the food in the freezer and the garbage
under the sink! No need to clean, sweep, or empty.
That's part of our great service, and it takes
away the stress and work normally involved in a home
sale. Call us for details. We're here to help!

SASH provides seniors with a
private, custom-designed, and stress-free sale of their
home.

| Did You Know? |
Many in the boomer generation have more long-term
financial needs to consider than their own. In
Washington State, there are over 60,000 children
living in grandparent-headed households (4.1% of all
the children in the state). Over 35,000 grandparents
report they are responsible for their grandchildren
living with them. 71% of these grandparents are
under the age of 60. 13% live in
poverty.

Spread The Word About Your Event!

SASH's E-zine is an excellent tool for senior
providers to stay updated on current and relevant
events in the Puget Sound area. It's free to receive our
e-zine, and free to submit an event. Every month, the
content is updated for our readers, providing links and
contact information to strengthen the senior provider
network.
The E-zine is our contribution to
building a
collaborative senior provider community. We believe
that as professionals work together as a team around
individual senior clients, this will directly benefit the
quality of care seniors receive.
Thanks for all
you do, and we look forward to a great year of working
with you!
