SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR SASH

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

What if the senior has already moved out of their
home? Can SASH still buy it?

THE SASH TEAM'S ANSWER:

Absolutely! Here's an example of how our service can
be of great benefit in that kind of situation. Recently
we received a referral for a senior homeowner who
had already moved into assisted living. She has only
one daughter, and no other family members to help
with the home sale process. The daughter was
complelely
overwhemed at the prospect of going through over 50
years of her mother's belongings all by herself, and
getting the home ready for sale. SASH came in,
offered to buy the home with a quick 30-day closing,
provided all of the sorting, packing, and moving help,
and arranged to buy the home in its current condition -
no fix-up work required. The senior's daughter said, "I
feel like I can breathe again!" Call us if you have a
client who needs SASH's custom-designed, stress
free home sale, and we'll be happy to be of service!

The SASH Program: We provide seniors with a
private, custom-designed, and stress-free sale of their
home.

| Did You Know? |
Professionals have begun to call certain
symptoms "caregiver syndrome". Recent studies
have shown that caregivers are at risk for a number of
mental and physical illnesses, rooted in stress,
exhaustion, and self-neglect. They are also at
increased risk for heart disease, arthritis, diabetes,
cancer, and other diseases. The real system of care
in this country may be carried out by the 45 million
who devote many hours each week to caring for
family, friends, and neighbors. (Source: AARP

for the Caregiver)
Senior providers give
resources,
products, services, and support that is worth far more
than its purchase price - it also can be valued by the
peace of mind and improved health and well being of
family & caregivers around the senior client.
