SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR PENNY

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

How do you handle those seniors who have Alzheimer's
or dementia? Wouldn't it be difficult for them to sell their
home legally?

PENNY'S ANSWER:

Our three core values are Integrity, Service, and
Respect. There's not a lot of integrity or respect in
buying a senior's home when they aren't fully aware of
what's going on - and the senior can certainly be taken
advantage of. For this reason we are very strong about
bringing the family into the entire process and taking all
steps to ensure the transaction is ethical and legal. We
have experience in purchasing properties from seniors
who have dementia or Alzheimer's, and the family is very
appreciative about how we handle it. Call us for details!
