SENIOR HOME SALE QUESTIONS FOR PENNY

PROVIDER'S QUESTION

Can you explain to me how you are different
from reverse mortgage companies?

PENNY'S ANSWER:

Sure! The difference is very simple. Reverse
mortgages allow the senior homeowner to
continue owning their home and living in it for
an extended period of time by pulling equity out
of the home. We focus more on those senior
homeowners who are ready to sell, downsize,
and transition into a new home. Their plan is
not to stay in the home indefinitely. We
purchase their home in a private, no-pressure
sale that is focused around ther needs, allowing
them a comfortable and easy transition!

FEATURED SENIOR SERVICE

Benevia Household Transition
Services: Eric Rovner
Most retirement industry
professionals
agree
that the greatest barrier to making the decision
to move to retirement living is the move itself.
Every community has a list of prospective clients
and families who requested information, came in
for a tour, and then told the Marketing Director
that they were “not ready”. Benevia helps with
the decision process by making the transition
less overwhelming – we provide emotional
support and assistance with sorting, downsizing,
packing, managing the movers, unpacking, and
complete resettling. Do you have a list of
clients who are “not ready” – if so, give Benevia
a call at 1-800-BENEVIA (236-3842) – we can
help!
