HELP! My client has a home to sell, and her
family all lives out of state. Since I will be
assisting my client through this transition, how
can I coordinate the packing & moving service
with the closing date of her home?

PENNY'S ANSWER:

If your client wishes to sell her home through
The SASH Program, she gets to pick the closing
date. We even allow for her to change it if there
are some last-minute challenges with the
transition. We are totally flexible and focused
on the senior homeowner's needs, especially
with the closing date. We can purchase her
home before, during, or after the moving
process. What's more, we partner with
downsizing/packing companies to make sure that
