Bupleurum-S is a derivative of several traditional prescriptions that are used for treating digestive disturbance and abdominal swelling. This formula is helpful in dispersing stagnant qi and moisture as well as invigorate stomach function.

This formula is used to treat defiiciencies in digestive function leading to lassitude. This formula is especially helpful when these symptoms are related to stress, a.k.a. Liver Qi Stagnation, which benefits from the aromatic herbs in this formula.
