JUF Brunch- Join us for the 2011 JUF Brunch on Sunday, February 6th

 at 9:30 AM. Our speaker will be Mordecai Dzikansky, author of, "Terrorist Cop: The NYPD Jewish Cop Who Traveled the World to Stop Terrorists". Click here to read more.

Scholar-In-Residence Weekend: March 4-6 
This year's Sophie and Jack Edwards Scholar-in-Residence, will feature Professor Paul Liptz an esteemed social historian.  Professor Liptz is recognized as an outstanding scholar, who is capable of translating complex issues and realities into comprehensible language.  He will share and discuss with us his study and insights on The Jewish World in the 21st Century.

The Golem Is Coming To Etz Chaim-
Saturday, February 26th
golemOn Saturday evening, February 26th there will be an adult program run by Cindy Michelassi that will explore the many phases of the Golem. The Golem is a clay figure that came to life. Read more here.

 

Post Confirmation Class- February 7th

The next post Confirmation class will be held at Rabbi Cosnowsky's House on Monday, February 7th from 6:00-8:00 PM. The topic will be:

"College and Finances - How to manage money being on your own for the first time." Dinner will be brought in from QDoba Mexican Restaurant. The cost is $10 which covers dinner and materials. Please RSVP to Rabbi Cosnowsky if you would like to attend.
