Taste of Alpha is an opportunity to learn more about the Alpha course over a 90 minute lunch meeting.  We encourage pastors and key leaders who are interested in finding out more about the Alpha course to attend this "Taste of Alpha" luncheon meeting.
 
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, nonthreatening setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions, with an optional day or weekend away.
 
It is low-key, friendly, and fun-is supported by all the main Christian denominations-and is an opportunity for persons to explore the meaning of life.

Life Transforming Ministries is actively recruiting those interested in earning a college degree through the College in Coatesville partnership with Harcum College.  Through this opportunity students can earn an Associates Degree through Harcum by attending classes two nights a week at the Open Arms Transformation Center (643-645 E. Lincoln Hwy.) in Coatesville.  Available degrees include Leadership Studies and Human ServicesClasses start the week of August 23rd.
 
No money for college? Call about how to apply for financial aid that can make your dream of earning a degree a reality.  All eligible students can receive PELL grants and other forms of financial aid to attend.  Apply for the grant by completing your FAFSA online.  Applications to enroll in either degree program will be accepted untiil July 16, 2010.
