Energy Accounting and Simple Efficiency Measures for Businesses

Use your own building as a case study to learn how to perform energy accounting and learn simple low-cost measures to save energy. Leave the course with a better understanding of your building's energy use and with specific steps to save money and energy in your buildings.

Take away an energy profile for your business with graphical representation of historical energy use, conduct a building system inventory check list, and learn low-cost energy conservation measures for specific building systems. Also, learn how to access utility rebates. The instructors are from EnergySavvy (http://www.getenergysavvy.com)

Prerequisite: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Bring two years of electricity and natural gas and/or fuel oil bills from your company.
