Greetings!

Just in time for Easter- this month's featured package is a colorful cupcake box produced for Manhattan Fruitier, a New York City based company that started out making fruit baskets and has branched out to spirits, savories and sweets for everyday, special occasions and holidays.

Known for their quality and high-end presentations, Manhattan Fruitier was looking for a box to house a 6 pack of cupcakes and keep with their reputation for supplying prestigious gifts without the old approach of cellophane, scotch tape and gaudy bows.

Taylor Box designed a set up box that played on the fun colors of the icing, created a secure package for the cupcakes and provided a beautiful presentation.

Construction Details

This package is a base and lid. The box was made with .060 chipboard. The box was wrapped and lined in the Fuchsia and Meadow paper from Ecological Fibers Rainbow line. The pink lid wrap and pink lining of the base have a corduroy embossing for added texture while the green was a smooth finish for contrast.

Taylor Box created a "Z" shaped insert made of .020 white sbs board that divided the two rows of cupcakes and prevented them from damaging in transit.

Finishing the look was a light blue foil stamp on the lid with the company name while the base was stamped with the company logo and contact information.
