Greetings!

This month's featured package is a set of beautiful, festive, oversized holiday themed display boxes for the TJX Marshall's chain.

Each of their stores around the country received 4 sets to display featured holiday merchandise in.

Taylor Box Company worked with the team at TJX Headquarters in Framingham MA to produce these holiday store centerpieces in an extremely compressed timeline.

The boxes were wrapped in a print pattern matching the signs and posters throughout the stores providing a unified visual theme throughout.

It was a true collaboration between the teams at TJX and Taylor Box and the great staff at Cedar Graphics in Ronkonkoma, NY. Having great partners allowed us to make this project outcome possible: deliver top quality boxes and do it in a tight window.

Construction Details

The style box is a set up base and lid. To help with budget and time constraints we engineered the boxes to meet the maximum size capacities of our Emmeci automated equipment. The boxes were lined with a silver foil from Hazen Paper. The wraps are printed with a 4 color process + spot gloss uv on a 1/2 mil. metalized polyester bright acrylic silver and laminated to 80# C1S litho stock supplied by Cedar Graphics.

To meet an ambitious holiday delivery schedule, Taylor Box handled the shipping logistics for TJX. Each carton was individually labeled with a store addressed FedEx slip.

The smaller green box was packed inside the large red box (each was individually polybagged) and then packed into custom sized corrugated shipping cartons.
