Taylor Box Email Heater
September, 2011

Greetings!

This month's featured package is a roll out for employees and stakeholders introducing the new brand identity for Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company of Johnson & Johnson.

The box held an array of freshly branded mugs, pens, badge holders clips, and padfolios.  Each element was held securely in a custom diecut foam insert.

The box was designed to be used as a storage keepsake box after the items and inserts are removed.

Construction Details

This style package is a tray in a 3 panel folder with a slipcase and dividers.  The base and folder were made with a heavy .100 black chipboard frame. The tray was wrapped with Rainbow 70# Charcoal with BB emboss and the Folder was wrapped with Sierra cloth. Both materials were supplied by Ecological Fibers.

Inside components and dividers for the gift items were made with .080 black chip and diecut flocked foam from American Foam. Interior divider components were made with .060 black chipboard wrapped in a Rainbow 70# Eclipse black paper.

The interior slipcase was wrapped with the client's supplied gloss film laminated printed sheets and then adhered to the lid of  the folder. The depth of the slipcase created an area for the lid to lock in place and keep the items from shifting.

The exterior of the lid panel was hot stamped in black with the Janssen logo and featured a printed and gloss laminated strip set into a debossed frame reaching across the bottom of the panel.

Taylor Box created a mailer for the package and handled the fulfillment of the gift items for our client,Two Paper Dolls, a specialty printer located in Wayne, PA.
