The outer box was made using .080 black chipboard and wrapped in a custom matched red Kivar 7 from Fibermark. The inner trays, inserts and platforms were made with .060 black chip and wrapped in Ecological Fibers Rainbow 70# black paper. 

The top tray included an insert made with a black flocked peach board; die cut to create wells to hold the gifts in place. On lower levels, pieces of black ether foam  separated and protected the text books. A piece of foam was also glued to the inside of the lid for additional protection.

Individual custom C-Flute corrugated shipping cartons were used to ship the package. Each carton had a reversed flange tube inside that protected the package if the outer carton was damanged in shipping.
