This
message is going to all of you who have signed up to sit at NWC tables for the
Kindred Spirits Reunion Dance:
I tried to send out an invitation via Outlook, but I understand that there are some problems, so I'll send it out again via our email tool.
I'm
delighted to report that we have filled up FIVE, count them FIVE tables for the
dance! Whoooo-hoooo! There will be a total of 30 NWC womens at the
party.
Since there
are a fair number of new faces amongst our group, I thought it might be fun to
disburse our tickets via a happy hour at Plonk
Bistro. That way, we'll all know
each other by the night of the dance. This is totally optional, but I hope you'll drop by, even if it's just
for a little while. We'll have a glass
of wine (or two!), mingle, and pick our table assignments.
If you
cannot attend this happy hour, email me and I will mail your tickets to
you. In that case, please provide me
your mailing address. For those not
attending the happy hour, we will assign you to a table once all those present
at happy hour have picked their spots.
Plonk is a
very cool neighborhood wine bar, located at the northwest corner of Bingle and
43rd street. On that corner,
there is a free standing building with Starbucks and a Massage Envy and some
other stuff. Behind those is a linear
strip center and Plonk is at the western end of that strip (to your far left if
you are standing on 43rd and facing the center).
