Greetings!
This message is going to all of you who bought tickets to participate in the NWC Hospitality Area at Pride In The Park. I sent this information out earlier, from my personal email account, but I'm sending it again through our newsletter system just to make sure that everyone gets the information.
This
message will provide all the info you need in order to be In The Know. We've got 30 people signed up for the hospitality area, and around 50 for the
ball game, so we think we're going to have a great crowd and a great
time! Here's the poop:
1. See the map which shows
where our seats are (Section 109) and where the Hospitality Area is (adjacent
to Lefty's Pub).
2. Lefty's Pub is an open air bar just
inside the park, between the Union Station and Left Field Gate entrances (off
Crawford Street).
3. NWC will have a roped off area, off
to the side of Lefty's. Look for the NWC signs on the ropes.
4. The area will open at 4:30 pm, and
will stay open through the 7th inning.
5. Please bring an ID. We will
check your name off a master list, and will issue wristbands which you will
need to show any time you want entrance to the area. All wrist bands will
be in the name of the person who made the on-line purchase. Prior to the
game, Stacy McNeil will be issuing the wrist bands. During the game, the
catering attendant will be assisting us in controlling access to the area.
6. The bar is a cash bar. We will
have the convenience of a dedicated bartender. The bar serves wine, beer
margaritas that are made with malt beverage instead of tequila (dumb Texas
liquor laws!!!!).
7. Your admission fee includes popcorn,
chips/salsa and one hot dog per person.
8. If you ordered a stylish NWC cap, Carol
will hand them out in the hospitality area prior to the game. We still
have a few left, so if you decide you want one at the last minute, you can
purchase them for $10.00
