 Communication Issues?
If you've been reading my newsletter for awhile, you know that last year I decided to focus primarily on interpersonal communication - spoken and written, in person and electronic.
I'll be discussing additional communication topics in 2011. If you have particular areas you would like me to cover, or communication problems you need solutions for, please email me, and I'll try to cover them in upcoming issues.

PuzzleLast month, Tony Estala of Univision was the first to answer my question about the tallest decorated Christmas tree. I realized after additional research that there were a number of trees that claimed that honor and it really depended on what I meant by "tree." Tony guessed Indonesia, which was the one I had found, but there was an amazing one in Italy.
