As most of you know by now, I was diagnosed with stage one Parkinsons 3 years ago. Through an answered prayer and a gift from a bone marrow specialist, I have been given an opportunity to undergo a new stem cell process that can potentially remove the symptoms of this degenerative disease and possible be a cure. The process uses an approved drug to release adult stem cells from my bone marrow, which then seek out where they are needed (laymen speak for a lot of tested medical science). The physician has used the treatment on seven other patients with advanced symptoms who are in their seventies and eighties and the results registered a 60% overall improvement in motor skills and reduced tremors. I am the first young stage one patient and we are hoping for some amazing results. The treatments begin June 14th and will be delivered every other week for six weeks. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies . These could be due to genetic, but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day and by including supplements will strengthen the immune system. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply. CANCER CELLS FEED ON sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, all made with Aspertine. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white. Use Bragg's aminos or sea salt. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus . By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat, like chicken. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave. We should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. The combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead use glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food.

Since being diagnosed with Parkinsons, I decided to grow organic fruit trees in my backyard. It's frightening how much pesticides are absorbed in our fruit we buy in stores, and these are cancer-causing agents. The trees have really been a blessing, it's a great feeling being able to go into your back yard and pick a fresh banana, mango, strawberry, peach, or orange. What's surprising is that you don't need a lot of room! I recently met BILL MEE, perhaps the most knowledgeable organic fruit tree grower in Florida. A man and a friend are playing golf one day at their local golf course. One of the guys is about to chip onto the green when he sees a long funeral procession on the road next to the course. He stops in mid-swing, takes off his golf cap, closes his eyes, and bows down in prayer. His friend says: "Wow, that is the most thoughtful and touching thing I have ever seen. You truly are a kind man." The man replies: "Yeah, well we were married 35 years."

INGREDIENTS: 2 pkgs. Yeast, 1-1/2 cups warm water, 4 cups of flour, 2 tbls sugar, 1 tsp salt,

1 beaten egg, kosher salt.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour and mix. Knead until smooth. Separate into pieces and shape. Place on greased cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with kosher salt and bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
