Your Best Defense
What action should you be taking in order to minimize your risks and finanical liabilities in 2009 / 2010?
  • Pro-active preparatory RAC audit and submit to CMS RAC auditors before you become audited. Our webinar discusses the "hows".
  • Consider an outside revenue cycle management audit by an industry consultant to ensure that your internal team is on the right track. Call Cathy to learn how Excellentia can do that for you.
  • Immediate review and audit of ASC's Infection Control Policies & Procedures; pre-audit preparation.
  • Make sure that your ASC is in AAAHC readiness at all times as this will have impact also on your Infection Control Audit.  Consider having our Accreditation Consultant come on-site to conduct a Mock Survey and prepare a readiness plan for you.
  • Conduct a "cost-impact analysis" on each and every Managed Care agreement; conduct a language review and possible re-negotiaton as needed;
  • Ask this question -Does it make sense to out-source your Managed Care program? Contact Cathy Montgomery at Excellentia to discuss.
