As of this writing, January, 2012 Residential $ Sales Volume is up 64% over  January, 2011!  This strong performance in the Greater Binghamton residential marketplace continues a positive trend we saw begin in the 2nd half  of 2011, when sales grew at a 27% clip.
February sales are also starting strong, up 40%  over February, 2011.
This is great news for our market and for our REALTORS.

        Keep up the great work!
