Wood Duck Farm

We're thinking of having an open house at the farm on Saturday afternoon, May 28th.  Not sure yet, but we're hoping to have someone demonstrate canning summer vegetables.  

This is week six of our Spring CSA program and fortunately our farm received over an inch of rain several days ago. We, like most of SE Texas, are still way behind in rain this spring. To make things more troubling, the constant wind dries out the plants as well.  The weather forecast has a 40% chance later this week, so perhaps we'll find good fate once again.  

Our Summer CSA begins in mid June. We'll begin registration next week.
