CSA Meat/Dairy Subscription Survey As mentioned in a prior email, we wish to consider creating a meat subscription service to coincide with our CSA vegetable program. We have received great reviews, from consumers and chefs alike, on our pastured chickens and happy pigs. Our chickens are fed non-GMO grains, as well as our leftover micro green seedlings and wheat grass. We are in the process of creating a paddock system for our happy pigs. Currently, their diet consists of non-GMO feed grains, as well as non-marketable produce harvested here on our farm, i.e. lettuce, arugula, squash etc . While we don't raise cattle, we are in the process of discussing the purchase of grass fed beef from serious producers. By grass fed, I am referring to the cattle having a strict diet of living green forage; no grain supplements whatsoever. For those of you not familiar where our CSA pick up locations, you can visit this link WDF Pick Up Locations This survey is only seven questions, so please take a moment and click the link below to provide us your input.
